Late payments may incur interest and suspension of services
For Partner retainers, ongoing services require monthly payment in advance unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client Responsibilities

Provide timely access to systems and stakeholders
Respond promptly to requests for input
Use delivered systems responsibly
Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information as strictly confidential.
Confidential information includes business data, processes, trade secrets, strategies, and system access credentials.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement.
8. AI and Automation Disclaimer
AI systems may generate outputs that are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be error-free.
UK AI Consulting:
Does not guarantee specific financial outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing
Is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs
Recommends human oversight for critical business decisions
Clients remain responsible for final decisions and implementation outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services within the preceding 12 months
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services as set out in the relevant service agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the website or services if:
Terms are breached
Payments remain outstanding
There is unlawful use of systems
Termination does not remove payment obligations for work already completed.
11. Data Protection
